Vivo announced the X60 series smartphone in March this year. Now they are gearing up to launch the X70 series this month. The specs and renders of the series have leaked.
The company also confirmed that the series will come with its image signal processor dubbed V1. Now the company has made the launch date official. The Vivo X70 series will be launched in September 9 in China.
It will also be launched in September 10 globally. By the way the series will include the Vivo X70, X70 Pro, and the X70 Pro Plus. They are expected to come with improved specs, especially in the camera segment.
The series will be making use of Zeiss optics. The inscription has been on all the renders that appeared. It will feature a quad-camera at the rear and it is rumoured to feature a camera sensor bigger than 1/1.28-inches as compared to the X60 Pro+’s 1/1.31-inch 50MP sensor.
Vivo X70 Pro Plus is expected to come with a 6.7-inch display with 120Hz refresh rate. The X70 and the X70 Pro will have a 6.5-inch display with MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC under the hood.
They will also come with an under-display fingerprint scanner and a quad-camera setup at the rear. The Indian launch date is unknown but it may debut during IPL 2021, which starts on September 19.
