We have entered TechTember months when all kinds of techs and gadgets are unveiled. Smartphone manufacturers are gearing up to launch their last smartphone for the year. Tecno is among them, they are gearing up to announce the Camon 18 series, among others.
We have got some leaks to share regarding the Tecno Camon 18 Premier smartphone. Of course, it is expected to be the successor to the Camon 17 Pro unveiled this year. Camon 17 Pro offers good and interesting specs and we hope the Camon 18 Premier will offer even better.
A leaker known as Maii_HD has revealed the specs of the Camon 18 Premier ahead of launch. He said that the Camon 18 Premier will come with features never seen on a Tecno smartphone. It will come with a 108-megapixels primary camera which is huge.
As if that is not enough, Tecno will equip the device with a 60X telephoto lens. The phone will have a triple rear camera, one will be the primary, the second will be the ultra-wide, and the third will be a periscope-telephoto lens.
On the front, it will come with a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. There will be 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. A micro SD card slot will be available should you wish to expand the storage.
Under the hood, the phone is expected to be powered by the Mediatek Helio G96 chipset. It will run on Android 11 with Tecno’s HIOS version 8 user interface. It will come with a 5000mAh battery that charges under 55 minutes, thanks to the 40W charging support.
The leaker also claimed that the punch-hole on the display has now been trimmed down, it looks more like a dot now. 32MP selfie camera is expected to domicile in there. The smartphone is expected to debut at the end of this month or early October.
