Shou Zi Chew who is an international president of Xiaomi has today confirms that he is living the company. According to him, he is living to be the CFO of Bytedance which is located in his hometown, Singapore. Shou Zi Chew, aged 37, became the CFO of Xiaomi in August 2015.
He also became the Executive Director of the company in October 2019, while still running his CFO duty. Shou Zi Chew currently holds directorships in several other companies such as Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Limited, a subsidiary of Kingsoft Corporation Limited (HKEx Stock Code: 3888).
Before he joined Xiaomi in July 2015, he was a partner at DST Investment Management Ltd. And worked there from August 2011 to June 2015. Prior to DST Investment Management Ltd., he worked at Goldman Sachs International from July 2006 to July 2008. Chew went to University College London in August 2006 and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School in 2011.
