3C certification platform has revealed the battery specs of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy M52 5G. Samsung Galaxy ‘M’ series line-up is known for offering a bigger battery capacity. Its predecessor, the Galaxy M51 has a huge 7000mAh battery capacity.
However, this newly revealed battery capacity of the Samsung Galaxy M52 5G by 3C Certification platform is very disappointing. It is good to note that this is not the first time we are hearing about the Galaxy M52 5G.
The smartphone had appeared on GeekBench with model number SM-M526BR and the camera specifications have also been tipped. Now the battery specs of the smartphone have been certified by 3C. The certification shows that the M52 5G will use a 5000mAh battery capacity.
The battery is big but it is not what is expected as the predecessor has a 7000mAh battery. Still on the 3C certification, they revealed that the battery is made by Samsung SDI and has a rated capacity of 4,860mAh.
Samsung Galaxy M52 5G battery specs revealed
Aside from revealing the battery specs of the Galaxy M52 5G, 3C didn’t reveal any other information regarding the smartphone. However, in a separate report, it is revealed that the smartphone will come with a quad rear camera.
The main camera will be a 64-mega pixel ISOCELL GW3 sensor. It will have a 12-mega pixel ultra-wide sensor, 5-mega pixel macro sensor, and a yet to be identified depth sensor. On the front, it will have a 32-mega pixel selfie shooter.
GeekBench listing shows that it has an SM-M526BR model number. In the test carried out by Geekbench, the smartphone scored 778 in the single-core test and 2877 in the multi-core test.
It revealed that the smartphone will be powered by an Octa-core processor clocked at 1.80GHz base frequency coded “Lahaina”. The CPU is revealed to tag alongside an Adreno 642L GPU. This reminds us of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G chipset that was launched last month.
It is currently the only chipset that makes use of the Adreno 642L GPU. Hence, the Samsung Galaxy M52 5G will be powered by the Snapdragon 778G chipset. The chipset is built on a 6nm process.
Further, the M52 5G will run on Android 11 based on OneUI 3.1. It will also have 6GB RAM as per GeekBench. These are all the information at our disposal regarding the Galaxy M52 5G.
