Oppo has released the Find X3 series globally today. The series includes Find X3 Pro, Find X3 Neo, and Find X3 Lite. During the launch event, Oppo didn’t reveal the standard Find X3 but it was later discovered that the version is listed on JD.com.
JD is an e-commerce website in China, which means the standard version is exclusive to China. Only the Find X3 Pro, X3 Neo and X3 Lite can be bought outside China. The Find X3 though shares almost the same specs as the global Find X3 Pro.
They only differ in Chipset, X3 in China comes with a Snapdragon 870 SoC while the X3 Pro comes with the Snapdragon 888 SoC. The Find X3 Neo & Find X3 Lite looks like a rebranded version of Reno 5 and Reno 5 Pro which debuted in China this year.
Oppo Find X3 Pro
The Find X3 Pro comes with a 6.7inch AMOLED display, 120Hz refresh rate, HDR 10+ support, 1300 nits brightness and a resolution of 1440 x 3216 pixels. It also has a Corning Gorilla Glass on the front. The smartphone is running on Android 11 with ColorOS 11.2 skin.
You can get it in 256GB 8GB RAM or 256GB 12GB RAM. There is no SD card slot for expansion. The rear of the device is where a quad-camera sits. 50MP is the main sensor, 50MP is the ultra-wide lens, 13MP is telephoto and 3MP is macro. On the front, there is a 32MP camera.
It has an under-display fingerprint scanner. The battery capacity is 4500mAh and it supports 65W fast charging, 30W wireless charging and 10W reverse charging with the help of Oppo’s SuperVOOC 2.0. It sells for $1,375 and comes in Gloss Black, Blue, and White colours.
Oppo Find X3 Neo
The Find X3 Neo comes with a 6.55inch AMOLED display, 90Hz refresh rate, HDR 10+ and a resolution of 1080 x 2400 Pixels. It is powered by the older Snapdragon 865 Chipset and comes in 256GB ROM and 12GB RAM. The device sport, a 50MP main camera, 13MP telephoto, 16MP ultra-wide and a 2MP macro camera.
It has a 32MP camera up front for selfies. An under-display fingerprint scanner is present and the battery capacity is 4,500mAh with 65W fast charging. It is priced at $833 and available in Galactic Silver plus Starlight Black colours.
Oppo Find X3 Lite
This is the smallest version and its specs are similar to the Neo version. The only difference is that it comes with a 6.43inch display, Snapdragon 765G Chipset, 128GB ROM and 8GB RAM. It also comes with a 64MP main camera, 8MP ultra-wide, 2MP macro and 2MP depth sensor.
The battery is 4300mAh and it supports the same 65W fast charging. Aside from this, every other spec is the same as Find X3 Neo. It comes in Galactic Silver, Azure Blue, and Starry Black colours. The smartphone goes for $478. Find X3 Pro will start shipping on March 30 while the Neo and Lite will start shipping on April 14.
