HTC Wilfire E3 has gone official in Russia. The smartphone is currently listed on HTC’s Russian website and it comes with a handful of improvements over its predecessor, E3. It comes with a quad rear camera with a waterdrop notch display. The new device also has slim bezels on the sides with a relatively thick chin and forehead. It comes in two color options and what is keeping the light on is a 4,000mAh battery.
The price of the smartphone wasn’t revealed by HTC but speculations have it that the device might be priced at ₤150. It comes in two configurations which are 4GB + 64GB or 4GB + 128GB ROM. As of writing, HTC has not commented on its global availability.
HTC Wilfire E3 specs
The smartphone comes with a 6.52inch IPS LCD with a resolution of 720 x 1560 pixels. It is powered by the Mediatek Helio P22 chipset which uses an Octa-core processor clocked at 1.8GHz. The Wildfire E3 is based on the Android 10 operating system with PowerVR GE8320 GPU for graphics or gaming. As earlier mentioned, it comes in two storage configurations which are 4GB of RAM and 64GB of ROM or 4GB of RAM and 128GB of ROM.
A Micro SD card slot is available on the device. Looking at the rear, it has a vertical setup camera module that houses four sensors. The main camera is 13MP, the ultra-wide sensor is 8MP, 2MP is the macro sensor and 2MP is the depth sensor. It records video in 1080p at 30 frames per second using the rear camera. On the front, it also has a 13MP selfie camera that records video in 720P at 30 frames per second.
HTC Wilfire E3 battery capacity is 4,000mAh but it supports only 10W charging speed. A fingerprint sensor is mounted at the rear for security. The smartphone weighs 186grams with a plastic body. Other features include a 4G network, Bluetooth 4.2, FM Radio, GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port for charging. The phone measures 165.7×76.57×9.0mm and come with an ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, accelerometer, and e-compass sensor.
