Blu G91 Pro budget gaming smartphone has been announced in the US. It is a direct successor to the Blu G90 Pro announced last year at exactly this month and date. Although the G91 Pro is the successor, it comes with inferior specs in a new attractive aesthetic.
At first glance, you will notice that the G91 Pro has a similar design to the Oppo Reno 6 series. It has a dimension of 162.9 x 77 x 10.1mm and weighs in at 215 grams. It is available for pick up in two colours which are Moonstone and Graphite.
On the front, it comes with a centralised punch-hole display with minimal bezels and chin. The size of the display is 6.7-inch with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. There is also a 395 pixels per inch density and 20:9 aspect ratio.
Under the hood, it is powered by the MediaTek Helio G90 chipset, paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB ROM. It is running on the Android 11 operating system.
At the rear, it has a quad-camera setup. The main sensor is a 48-megapixel lens, there is a 5-megapixel ultra-wide, 2-megapixel macro, and 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, it has a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
What is keeping the light on is a 5,000mAh battery with support for 30W wired charging and 10W wireless charging. Other features of the device include dual-SIM, 4G, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C port, Micro-SD slot, rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
