A Motorola smartphone specifically made for Verizon users has been announced on Thursday. The smartphone is dubbed Motorola One 5G UW Ace. This is a Verizon exclusive Motorola smartphone that comes with a few tweaks.
Recall that Motorola unveiled the Motorola One 5G Ace in January this year with a 5G connectivity and a Snapdragon 750G chipset. This new Verizon customised version still has the same specifications as the main version but comes with spatial audio and a 5G Ultra-wideband connectivity.
The phone has a punch-hole display with a small chin and bezels. At the rear, it has a triple camera setup arranged in a square-shaped module. It also has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and comes in two colours which are Volcanic Gray and Frosted Silver.
Motorola One 5G UW Ace Price in the US and availability
The price of the Motorola One 5G UW Ace in the US is $300 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB ROM variant. It is available for purchase via Verizon. Users of Verizon can also pay in instalments. They will need to pay $12.49 per month for two years.
Specifications and features
The One 5G UW Ace comes with a 6.7 inches IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. It also features a 60Hz screen refresh rate.
Under the hood, it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G chipset which uses an Octa-core processor clocked at 2.2GHz. It is running on the Android 11 operating system.
The phone is available in one storage configuration. It comes with 4GB RAM + 64GB ROM. There is a microSD card slot with support of up to 256GB.
Photography wise, it features a 48MP main camera, 8MP ultra-wide, and 2MP macro sensor. Selfie lovers will get a 16MP camera up front.
The phone also features a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. What is giving the device energy is a 5000mAh battery that supports 20W fast charging.
