Lenovo has updated its ThinkPad and ThinkVision lineup with the latest additions to its ThinkPad X1 Extreme Gen 4, ThinkPad L13 Gen 2, and L13 Yoga Gen 2, the company’s first AMD-powered Windows 10 convertible.
The ThinkPad X1 Extreme Gen 4 sports a 16-inch up to 4K display with a peak brightness of 600 nits. It is MIL-STD 810H certified and is powered by up to Intel Core i9 H-series vPro Processor, up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 GPU, up to 64GB DDR4 RAM, and up to 2TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD.
Regarding the ports, it features a 1 x HDMI 2.1 port, 2 x USB-C 3.1 port, 1 x SD Card slot, 2 x Intel Thunderbolt 4, 1 x 3.5mm jack, and 1 x optional Nano-SIM slot. Further, it supports WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, a Fingerprint reader, FHD 1080p Infrared Hybrid Webcam, and a Dolby Atmos speaker system. Powering this workstation is a 90Whr battery and it weighs 1.82 kilograms.
Along with this, Lenovo has also introduced its ThinkPad L13 Gen 2 and L3 Yoga Gen 2 laptops. Both these laptops sport a 13.3-inch FHD display and are powered by up to AMD Ryzen 5000 PRO series processors with an integrated AMD Radeon Graphics. These feature up to 16GB DDR4 RAM, up to 1TB PCIe SSD, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, Fingerprint reader, and Dolby Audio support. Powering these is a 46Whr battery and the ThinkPad L13 Gen weighs 1.38 kilograms whereas the L3 Yoga Gen 2 weighs 1.43 kilograms.
Pricing and Availability
The ThinkPad X1 Extreme Gen 4 is priced starting at 2099 Euro (USD $2506 / Rs. 1, 85, 862 approx.) and will be available starting August 2021. The ThinkPad L13 Gen 2 is priced starting at 649 Euro (USD $775 / Rs. 57,468 approx.) and the ThinkPad L13 Yoga Gen 2 is priced starting at 749 Euro (USD $894 / Rs. 66,322 approx.). Both these laptops will also be available starting August 2021.
