Just recently, iQOO, which is a sub-brand to Vivo unveiled the iQOO 7 and the iQOO 7 Legend in India. The company seems not to be relenting as they are planning to unveil yet another smartphone in India. The smartphone is the iQOO Z3. It will be a mid-range smartphone that will compete with the likes of Realme smartphones and the Redmi devices.
The smartphone will also have a 5G version. The 5G version has the model number I2011 and was spotted on BIS certification a few days ago. The latest report comes from the India IMEI database. iQOO Z3 is currently registered in the Indian IMEI database. This shows that the smartphone will be launching in India very soon. It is seen with model number V2073A.
None of its specifications was revealed by the IMEI database but the smartphone has earlier debuted in China. So we know the specifications.
iQOO Z3 specs
The iQOO Z3 was launched on March 25 in China. It comes with a 6.58inches IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080 x 2408 pixels. Under the hood, it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 768G 5G chipset which has an Octa-core processor clocked at 2.8GHz, paired with an Adreno 620 GPU.
It is running on Android 11 with OriginOS for iQOO 1.0, assisted by 128GB 6GB RAM, 128GB 8GB RAM, 256GB 8GB RAM. The rear houses a three-camera sensor. The main camera is 64MP, there is 8MP ultra-wide, and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, it has a 16MP selfie camera.
The fingerprint scanner is located at the right side of the device and what is keeping the light on is a 4400mAh battery that supports 55W fast charging.
