Infinix is now gearing up to launch the new Hot series smartphone in Ghana. The company shared the teaser image of the new Hot series on their social media handle. It showcases a water-drop notch display and a volume rocker with a power button on the right side. Unfortunately, the company didn’t reveal the specifications nor the names of the phones coming.
We have previously seen the Hot 11 or the Hot 12 renders and full specifications shared by TechArena24. The specifications shared by TechArena24 might be for the base variant of the upcoming Infinix Hot series. Let’s take a look at it.
Infinix Hot series specifications and render
Based on the render below, we see that the smartphone will arrive with a water-drop notch cut-out overhead. It will also come with a thick chin and bezels. The display measures 6.82inches in diagonal and it will be an HD+ (720 x 1640) display.
Under the hood, it will be powered by the MediaTek MT6769V chipset. There are so many MediaTek chipsets associated with this model number. These chips are the MediaTek Helio G85, G80, and G70. It is hard to know which one the leaked image is referring to, thus the model number is not complete.
The alleged Infinix Hot 11 or Hot 12 will be running on the Android 11 operating system. It will be assisted by the 64GB of ROM and 4GB of RAM with expandable storage support.
At the rear, we can that the camera module is square-shaped with what looks like quad sensors resting on it but it is actually three sensors. The main sensor will be a 48MP with autofocus. Others are 2MP sensor and 8MP sensor, both with fixed focus support. The selfie camera will be an 8MP with dual led flash.
What will be keeping the light on is a 5000mAh battery with 9V 2A charging support. In other words, 18W fast charging.
Based on the render, it will come with a headphone jack and a USB Type-C. It will also be a 4G smartphone. Other features include a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, Bluetooth, WiFi, FM, GPS, and OTG.
