Huawei is expected to unveil the Nova 9 series in September. We earlier saw the smartphone on TENAA certification which shows that it will use the same design as the Honor 50 series. In short, reports are saying that the Nova 9 series is a rebadged Honor 50 series.
Today, the Huawei Nova 9 and the Nova 9 Pro has been certified by the 3C certification platform. We learned that the Nova 9 has the model number ‘NAM-AL00’ while the Nova 9 Pro has the model number ‘RTE-AL00’.
The TENAA certification revealed three things about the phone, battery capacity, its charging speed and network connectivity. The Huawei Nova 9 is listed to come with a 66W fast charging capability while the Nova 9 Pro is listed to come with a 100W charging capability.
These two smartphones will be 4G enabled only, they won’t come with 5G support. We expect to see the phone being powered by the Snapdragon 4G chipset, probably the Snapdragon 778 chipset.
3C platform also revealed that the standard Nova 9 will come with a 4500mAh battery capacity while the Nova 9 Pro will come with a 4000mAh battery capacity.
Huawei has not made any comment regarding these smartphones but we are looking up to them to make a comment before we enter September, its slated launch date (alleged).
