Google has officially made it public that they are launching the Pixel 6 series phone very soon. The company introduced the smartphones earlier this month. They revealed the design and a few specs of the device. The series will include the Pixel 6 and the Pixel 6 Pro. While Google did not announce the launch date during the introduction, they later revealed that the smartphone will arrive this fall.
Now, a report has claimed that the Google Pixel 6 series will be released on September 13 next month. This is a day before the iPhone 13 series introduction as it is widely speculated.
The launch of the Pixel 6 will be interesting as this will be the first smartphone from the company with an in-house chipset called – Tensor, co-developed with Samsung. Aside from that, the Pixel 6 series sport a unique design, we are looking up to see how the design reflects in real life.
Some of the specs Google revealed during its introduction earlier this month is that the standard version will come with a 6.4-inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution. The Pixel 6 Pro will come with a 6.7-inch Quad HD+ resolution with a 120Hz refresh rate.
The standard version will have a dual rear camera while the Pro version will have a triple rear camera. While the pixels count is still unknown, we know they will be a wide-angle lens, an ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 4x telephoto lens.
If the Google Pixel 6 series will debut on September 13, the company will announce it within the next couple of dates.
