Samsung Galaxy S21 FE leaks are all over the web but Samsung is reluctant on announcing the launch date. There are rumours that it will debut on September 8th, we should wait and see if it could be true.
While we wait, other details surrounding the S21 FE has leaked. A Samsung smartphone with model number SM-G990E has appeared on GeekBench. Turns out, it is the S21 FE Exynos variant.
The Snapdragon variant had appeared on Geekbench before. GeekBench revealed th1at the Exynos version of the S21 FE is equipped with the Exynos 2100 chipset. Normally, the Exynos variant will be released globally while the Snapdragon variant goes to the United States.
It scored 1,084 points in the single-core test and 3,316 points in the multi-core test on GeekBench. The S21 FE has been listed on Google Play Console. The Google Play Console listing shows that it will come with a centralised punch-hole display with slim bezels and chin.
It will have a 1080 x 2009 pixels screen resolution with 480 DPI. It will be powered by the Qualcomm SM8350 chipset that uses Qualcomm Kryo 685 (2800MHz), 3x Kryo 685 (2400MHz), and 4x Kryo 685 (1800MHz) processor.
Of course, this chipset is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G. Even the recent Geekbench listing of the Galaxy S21 FE confirmed it. Google Play Console further revealed that it will have a 6GB RAM option and runs on the Android 11 operating system.
Past reports have revealed that it may come with a 120Hz screen refresh rate, just like its elder siblings, the S21 series.
