Sony unveiled the Xperia 1 iii in the US in April. Now the smartphone is unveiled in Vietnam and it comes with a free gift. The popular Vietnamese leaker, Chun has affirmed that the phone is priced at 34,990,000 Dong(~$1,540) and those who pre-order it will get a pair of wireless headphones.
This time around, the company is offering the more premium Sony WH-XM4 headphones for those to pre-order the Xperia 1 III. The pre-order period will be from September 1 to September 15 and it will start shipping from September 17.
Specifications of Sony Xperia 1 iii
The Sony Xperia 1 III comes with a 6.5-inch display with a 4K resolution. It is an OLED display panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and 21:9 wide aspect ratio. It has a quad-rear camera system with a 12MP main sensor, a 12MP telephoto lens, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and lastly a TOF sensor.
Upfront, it has an 8MP camera at the front. The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC coupled with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage.
It packs a 4,500mAh battery with 30W fast charging support. The phone has a 3.5mm headphone jack and boots on Android 11 out of the box.
