The Vivo X70 series which includes the X70, X70 Pro, and the X70 Pro Plus will be announced on September 9 this month. Ahead of the launch, Vivo teased the X70 Pro Plus to come with a leather back and a quad rear camera set-up with Zeiss optics.
Now a leakster on Weibo, Bald Panda (translated), has shared the camera details of the upcoming Vivo X70 Pro Plus ahead of launch. According to him, the phone will have a 50-megapixel Samsung GN1 primary sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS).
There will be a 48-megapixel Sony IMX598 ultra-wide sensor, a 12-megapixel Sony IMX663 depth sensor with OIS, and an 8-megapixel periscope lens that has 5x optical zoom and 60x digital zoom, as well as OIS.
The selfie camera details was not revealed. In a separate report, Vivo X70 Pro Plus appeared on GeekBench with V2145A model number. It shows that it will come with a 12GB RAM and powered by the Snapdragon 888 chipset.
It scored 1,156 in single-core and 3,460 in multi-score test. Another tipster, Geek Technology Man (translated), shared on Weibo that the vanilla Vivo X70 and Vivo X70 Pro will come in black, orange, and two other colours called monologue and nebula.
The Vivo X70 Pro+, on the other hand, is said to come in black, blue pigment, and orange peel colours.
