Oppo launched the A93 series smartphone last year, now they are gearing up to add a new smartphone to the series. The smartphone is Oppo A93s 5G. It was spotted on a Chinese telecom website.
The telecom website revealed its key specifications and design. It will feature a rectangular camera module at the rear housing three sensors. The display will have a punch hole cut-out for the selfie camera. It will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset.
The display measures 6.5inches and it has a Full HD+ resolution. Speculations are rife that the smartphone will be unveiled on July 9 next month. The China Telecom product library database revealed the prices and colours of the phone.
It will come in two storage options which are 8GB RAM + 128GB ROM and 8GB RAM + 256GB ROM. The listing shows that it is priced at CNY 2,199 in China. It will be available in three colour options which are Early Summer Light Sea, Summer Night Star River, and White Peach Soda.
Oppo A93s 5G expected specifications
The A93s 5G will come with a 6.5-inches IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. Under the hood is where the Mediatek Dimensity 700 SoC is domiciled, along with ColorOS 11 based Android 11 operating system.
The cameras at the rear are three. The main sensor is 48-mega pixels. There are two 2-mega pixels sensors. On the front, it utilizes an 8-mega pixels selfie camera. What is keeping the light on is a 5000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging.
Other features include a 3.5mm head jack and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It measures and weighs 162.9×74.7×8.42mm and weigh 189 grams respectively.
