Nokia has unveiled the Nokia X10 and the X20 entry-level smartphones. They come with almost the same specifications but they differ in camera and storage configurations. Nokia also promises three years of support for them. That means they will get OS and security updates for three years. As if that’s not enough, the company is also promising three years warranty.
Nokia X10 and X20 Price
The Nokia X20 will be available in May at a price of €350. The Nokia X10 is scheduled to arrive a month later in June with a €310 price tag. X10 comes in Forest and Snow colours while the X20 comes in Midnight Sun and Nordic Blue colours.
Specifications & Features
They come with a circular camera module at the rear which houses quad-camera sensors. On the front, they have a punch-hole cut-out housing the selfie camera. The display of the smartphones is a 6.67inch IPS LCD screen with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels.
Under the hood, they are fuelled by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 5G SoC. The chipset uses an Octa-core processor clocked at 2.0GHz and it is an 8nm chipset. Graphics or gaming is handled by the capable Adreno 619 GPU.
They are running on the Android 11 operating system. Nokia X10 comes in three storage options which are 64GB 6GB RAM, 128GB 4GB RAM, and 128GB 6GB RAM. Nokia X20 on the other hand comes in two storage configurations which are 128GB 6GB RAM and 128GB 8GB RAM. There is a micro SD card slot for storage expansion. Going to the rear, the smartphones are boasting of a quad camera. Nokia X10 main sensor is 48MP, there is a 5MP ultra-wide, 2MP macro, and a 2MP depth sensor. Nokia X20 main sensor is 64MP, there is a 5MP ultra-wide, 2MP macro, and a 2MP depth sensor.
They also have a single led flash at the rear and they can record in 4k@30fps maximum. Upfront, the devices come with an 8MP and 32MP selfie camera respectively.
What is keeping the light on is a 4,470mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. There is a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security. Other features of the devices include a 5G network, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C 2.0. Sensors include accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass. Finally, they measure 168.9 x 79.7 x 9.1 mm and weighs 210, 220 grams respectively.
